Reviews and Ratings
I enjoyed the proximity to Universal Studios and the fun pool area, which my kids loved. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing, and some staff were less than friendly. Overall, I found it underwhelming for a hotel that claims to be five-star. 😕
My stay at Resorts World Sentosa was a mixed bag. The pool area was fantastic and the staff was incredibly friendly, which made my experience enjoyable. However, I found the room to be quite dark and lacking in some amenities, and the dining options were limited. Overall, while I loved the energy and service, there were definitely areas for improvement.
I had an very nice stay at Resorts World Sentosa - Hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made a lasting impression by remembering my name. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but I did notice a slight initial odor that disappeared once the air conditioning kicked in. The only downside was the mixed dining options, which could use some variety.
I had a nice staycation at Resorts World Sentosa - Hotel, though it had its ups and downs. The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the quick check-in thanks to the Rock Rewards program. However, the dining experience didn't quite meet the expectations for a four-star venue. Overall, it was a decent experience, but some areas could use improvement.
Overall, my stay at Resorts World Sentosa was quite enjoyable with friendly staff and a prime location near attractions. However, I did find some areas lacking, especially in the dining options and themed decor.
