I enjoyed the proximity to Universal Studios and the fun pool area, which my kids loved. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing, and some staff were less than friendly. Overall, I found it underwhelming for a hotel that claims to be five-star. 😕

My stay at Resorts World Sentosa was a mixed bag. The pool area was fantastic and the staff was incredibly friendly, which made my experience enjoyable. However, I found the room to be quite dark and lacking in some amenities, and the dining options were limited. Overall, while I loved the energy and service, there were definitely areas for improvement.
